Manufactured from PVC with a smooth finish, the Clean Slate washable ceiling tiles are the perfect solution for clean room and high humidity environments. The panels minimize water damage and mold/mildew problems that are traditionally found in fiber-based panels.

These cleanable ceiling tiles are Class A Fire Rated and USDA Approved for use in kitchens, restaurants, clean rooms, food processing, manufacturing plants, and laboratories. As an added bonus, Clean Slate washable ceiling tiles are guaranteed not sag, bow, or warp, and they can even be removed for power washing.

What is the lead time?
The panels are in stock and ship in 1-2 business days. If you are ordering more than 20 boxes, please contact us for the lead time. Large orders ship within 1-2 weeks.

How much do the tiles weigh?
The 2x2 tiles weigh about 2.5 pounds and the 2x4 panels weigh approximately 5 pounds. Traditional mineral board ceiling tiles you see everywhere weigh about 4 and 8 pounds, respectively.

Are the tiles USDA approved?
Yes, to be USDA approved, the panels need to be Class A Fire Rated, washable, and smooth so dirt/bacteria can’t hide in any crevice. Our panels meet all of these requirements and should work for any environment requiring a cleanable tile.
Yes, if you plan to spray the tiles or are worried about them uplifting, we have hold down clips that can be used to hold them in place.
